1. Eligibility and Account
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Subscriptions, Billing, and Access
Access to some features may require payment and an active subscription or valid activation code. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges applicable to your plan.
3. License and Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, FastWriter grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business or personal use.

To keep the Service reliable and available for all users, you agree to use FastWriter in a fair and reasonable manner. Prohibited or restricted behavior includes:
- Excessive automated or scripted usage that materially degrades platform performance.
- Attempts to bypass rate limits, quotas, or technical safeguards.
- Using multiple accounts or methods to evade usage limits or plan restrictions.
- Bulk extraction, scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of output generation workflows.
- Any activity that creates abnormal load, service instability, or security risk.
We may monitor usage patterns and, where abuse is suspected, take reasonable action including throttling, temporary suspension, or account termination.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing activity, including violation of intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
FastWriter and its related software, branding, and content are owned by FastWriter or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted to you.
7. User Content and Output
You are responsible for the content you submit and how you use generated output. You must ensure your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Support
Support is provided via in-app or website chat channels only.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastWriter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the Service.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FastWriter from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or Fair Use Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
